I emailed before my coffee beans arrived to notify I would be returning them but will respond. I ordered on a Monday, emailed you due to the lateness last time and Jerome responded saying they would ship that Wed. 14 days later they arrived. Not acceptable

Disappointing purchase |

I ordered 5 pounds of French Caramel Cream coffee and was disappointed to find that it had a slightly burnt taste. It reminded me of Starbucks' coffee, which I do not like. This was not the mellow, slightly sweet coffee that I remember from previous purchases.
